Return Policy

For a more prompt exchange/refund, please keep your packing slip and call to obtain a return authorization number.

All returns for refund paid by credit card will receive a credit to the credit card.

Any questions concerning an exchange/refund should be directed to our customer service department at 662-871-7492 from 6:00pm till 10:00pm or E-mail contact@yoursleepingbagpro.com

If merchandise you receive is defective, call or E-mail our customer service department for instructions.

Make sure to:
-Include a copy of the original packing slip
-Note the Return Authorization number on the outside of the packaging*
-Ship it via a traceable method (UPS, FedEX USPS w/package tracking)

YOUR SLEEPING BAG PRO charges a 15% restocking fee for all returned merchandise, unless the product is faulty by the manufacturer.

Shipping Policies

We offer shipping through USPS and UPS. If you want a tracking number, please select UPS.

We do not ship International Orders (Including Puerto Rico, Guam, APOs and FPOs). This will include orders that have any connection to International shipments. this goes to both shipping and billing addresses. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
